Hi Guys ,
My family has booked couple of flats in earth townne so I tried to
verify thier claims
Here are result of my investigation
1) Earth towne MAPS /papers have not been approved Greater Noida
authority!! No bank will give loan
2) Their had lot of claims about their contractor BL kashayap , So I
wrote a mail to them and got a propmt reply they were never part of
this project and never contacted !!
3) As of now no contractor has been hired by Earth Infra
4) Eigen confirmed they are architects of this project ...got a reply
from their Gurgoan office
5) One of relative visited the construction website few days ago with
25 years civil engineering exp.....he said amount of steel lying there
just enough to build bath a bathroom !!....so almost no contraction
started
My advice is not pay any EMI or payment till papers are cleared NOIDA
authority ....any new news pl post

as per my information they have got the possession of the land and allotement letters are ready with them and by 20th jan 2011 they will start sending these allotement letters and after this they will go for builder buyer aggreement

ReplyDeletefirst of all God Bless all of Us.... this builder is a fraud. it collects the money... changes the layout... increases flat sizes... changes the flat position in new offering... builidng plan not approved... very rough at office... only girls are there to attend you... and you will keep quite... they cheat us... collect money and start new project in gurgaon... without ending old project...it is pity that we booked our flat with this builder... no allotment letter / buyer seller agreement is ready... if it is sent to anybody please pass it on to me.... at: kolirk@iocl.co.in
